When visiting Stockholm it’s definitely worth to bring this super cute candy store a visit.
The concept of Pärlans is based on the 30s, where quality is more important that quantity. The candy recipes are based on the original recipes from back then with just a hint of contemporary candy making.
A funny fast about the employees is that they all met during swing dancing. So it’s no surprise they love the 30s!

We love the concept of this store. It’s incredible to see how much fun candy can bring into someone’s life. Just take a look at the video and notice the girls smile when she says that she’s a candy maker. Just beautiful!
The 30s concept makes everything just right. I guess that’s one the saying ‘like a kid in a candy store’ originates from.

Lisa Ericson designed the visual identity of the store. The retro logotype and the materials are suiting the 30s style perfectly.

So if you’re in Stockholm one day, Nytorgsgatan 38 is the place to be! And please don’t hesitate to send us some candy!
