I’ve been drooling over this Stendig Calender for a while now, maybe the start of a new year is an excellent excuse to actually get one!
I’m in love with its graphic design, no wonder it’s the only calendar in the collection of the NY Museum of Modern Art.
It simplicity is just stunning, good job mr. Vignelli!

The past week fashion took over my agenda. I don’t really know what happened, but some how I found myself attending my front row seat, getting shot by a journalist and talking about fashion with my Belgian blogger colleagues. Crazy right? I thought so too…

Attending fashion events is extremely stressful for a lifestyle blogger. It’s all about picking the right outfit, blending in with the crowd and not blow your fashionable cover!

Here’s how we roll…

During my internship at Apokalys Labotek in Sweden, we shared the office with a photographer named Petra Bindel. I must admit, I had never heard of her before. To me she was and still is the funny lady with a passion for humor and somewhere a funky bicycle helmet pop’s up in my mind.

Seven months later I see her pictures appearing on several blogs and I’m thinking ‘wait a second, I think I know her!’. I’m a little bit stunned by the idea that I didn’t know that I was talking to such a talented photographer at that time. But I’m also a bit grateful, because it’s always more fun to get to know the person behind the camera. (more…)
